The present site www.3gpbags.com and www.3gpbags.nl (hereinafter Site) is owned by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) and is operated by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), with the registered address in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) Mesdagstraat 46 II, VAT NR.131457469B01, (hereinafter Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories and/or we).
The present general terms and conditions (hereinafter Terms and Conditions) regulate the relationship between the Customer (hereinafter the Customer and/or you) and Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) (hereinafter referred to as Parties) for the purchase of the Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) products (hereinafter products and/or Products) from time to time available on the Site.
The following purchase agreement may be entered in the following language: English.
Access to the online boutique is permitted exclusively to the Customers, as defined below. For the purpose of the present Terms and Conditions, by Customer, we refer exclusively to the consumer, in any case to a person that purchases the products for non professional or business purposes.
Besides these Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to certain services and/or products when expressly indicated.
Giusy Perrotta (3 GP bags & accessories) is authorised to make use of third parties when executing an agreement with the Buyer.
If the Customer also refers to his or her own General Terms and Conditions, they will not apply unless Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has expressly agreed to this in writing.
The Customer is requested to read carefully the general terms and conditions of the present Terms and Conditions that are made available on the Site, in order to allow the Customer to print and save these Terms and Conditions for future reference. A copy of the following Terms and Conditions will be provided by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) to the Customer, via e-mail pursuant to the prevision of the present Terms and Conditions.
All the purchase agreements entered with Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) by accessing the Site are governed by the Dutch law (also in accordance with the EC directive 200/31/CE).
The Products available for purchase online are: handbags, shoes, small leather goods, luggage, jewellery, watches, sunglasses, gifts and fragrance and selected apparel products.
All the Products are subject to the availability at the time of the order.
Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) reserves the right to vary at any time the quantity and/or the type of products that may be purchased on the Site.
The Customer will be informed if the Product requested is not available.
All prices on the Site are stated in Euro they include any Vat and applicable taxes at the relevant rate. The prices are not comprehensive of the shipping and delivery charges. Delivery, packaging (if not stated differently) or other charges will be added to any order you place.
Special offers shall only apply for the period of validity as listed with the offer. This announcement will be printed in a folder or specified on the internet site regarding the special offer.
The Buyer must pay the price Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has announced in its confirmation in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Obvious manipulation of or errors in the price specification, including obvious inaccuracies, can also be corrected by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) after the agreement has been concluded.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices. The delivery costs are listed on the internet site. Further Terms and Conditions apply in relation to certain payment methods with regard to the delivery method and the related costs. This will be clearly communicated to the Customer.
Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) uses its best endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Site is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a Product shall occur, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) is unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled.
The ownership of the Product purchased on the Site will be transferred to Customer at the moment of the delivery on condition that Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has received the payment for the entire value of the goods. In any event the risks of damages and or loss of the Product are transferred to the Customer at the time of the delivery.
The details and the price of the Product are detailed in the single page of each Product listed on the Site.
To purchase the chosen Product the Customer shall complete, following the instruction indicated on the Site, and send to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), the online purchase form. The Customer shall add the Product to the "shopping bag" and after having reviewed and accepted the shipping expenses, the Terms and Conditions and the general cancellation policy. The Customer shall then choose the manner in which he/she wishes to pay and the customer shall proceed to the option "purchase/buy".
Shall the Customer need to amend or modify the data inserted in the order placed; the Customer shall follow the proper procedure for the amending of the order as indicated in the Site before submitting the order. Moreover the Customer may amend or modify the number of Products he/she wishes to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the shopping bag.
The purchase agreement entered by and between Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) and the Customer shall be considered completed and duly entered by the Parties at the time in which the order is duly submitted by the Customer - in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the Site and after that Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has received the authorization from the credit card issuer that the payment is accepted.
The order submitted by the Customer shall be binding for Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) only if the entire purchase procedure has been duly and correctly completed without any error or traced by the Site. Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) is not responsible for any eventual errors caused by the technical malfunctioning of the Customer’s internet connection service.
By submitting the order to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) the Customer acknowledges and states that he/she has reviewed and accepted all the indications provided in the purchasing procedure and he/she entirely accepts the present Terms and Conditions.
The online order form will be stored in the Sites database for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the order.
Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will send to the Customer an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order placed by the Customer; a summary of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any special previsions that may apply to the agreement; the information relating to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories): a summary of the Product(s) ordered; the details of the products purchased; the time and date of the purchase; the details of Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) to which the Customer may send the eventual complaints, the commercial warranties; the terms for the withdrawal from the present purchase agreement, the formalities and the timing for the return of the Products, the payment modality chosen by the Customer, the prices of the Product(s), the shipping expenses. The Customer shall immediately verify the content of the e-mail and shall notify immediately Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) of any error or other mistake.

In particular, the lack of a normal signature will not detract from the binding power of the proposal and its acceptance. When the Customer place an order to purchase a Product from Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), his/her order represents an offer to us to purchase that Product, which we may choose to accept or refuse - it does not represent a legally binding contract. Whilst we will do our best to fulfil the Customer’s order (once it is accepted), we cannot guarantee to do so (for example, where we are out of stock, where the Customer’s card issuer refuses to authorise the payment or where Products have been incorrectly priced on our Website). The Customer’s offer is accepted by us and becomes binding only when we expressly confirm his/her order in writing (either by invoice submitted with Products delivered, e-mail or otherwise).

The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only once the credit card data has been verified; and only after that Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has received the debiting authorization from the credit card issuer and Product availability has been verified by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories). The Customer’s credit card will be charged only once the order is ready to be shipped.
The card will not be charged at the time of the submitting of the order.
All Products will remain our property until we have received payment in full for those Products.
During the checkout process, the Customer will be asked to complete his/her payment details. All highlighted fields must be completed. Please note that we will only collect, store and use the Customer’s information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by the Customer’s card issuer. If his/her payment is not authorised, we will cancel his/her order and notify the Customer in writing (including e-mail) that we have done so. If the Customer has already received the Products he/she ordered from us, he/she must return those Products to us in the same condition that he/she received them at the Customer’s own expense. If the Customer fails to do so within 2 (two) weeks of our cancelling his/her order, we may arrange for collection of the Products at the Customer’s expense.
