Dear Customer,

Shipping:

For security reasons the Product(s) purchased on the Site will be sent to the registered address on the credit card. At the time of delivery an adult of over 18 years of age shall be present to sign the delivery documents. Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes and these orders will not be processed.

Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the Products will be retained by the delivery company (Courier) for a reasonable period of time and then returned to us. If Products are returned to us by the delivery company (Courier), we will issue you with a refund for the Products but reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the Product.

All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the Products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

For each order completed on the Site, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), will issue an invoice for the shipped Products, sending it via e-mail or registered mail to the Customer. For the issuance of the invoice Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will refer to the data provided by the Customer. Once the invoice has been issued no modification of the same will be possible. The shipping and delivery expenses are to be borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated in the online form.

The shipping and delivery expenses may vary depending on location and on the type of shipment requested (i.e. express overnight etc.) All the Products will be shipped via our selected courier (hereinafter Courier).

For the delivery of the Products the Customer or a person authorized by the latter shall be present at the address indicated in the order. At the time of the delivery by the Courier, the Customer shall verify:

(i) that the number of the boxes are the same as reported on the transportation documents;

(ii) that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or in another way tapered with. Any damage in the packaging and or in the Product(s) or any discrepancy between the number of the boxes actually delivered and the number of the boxes indicated on the transportation document, shall be immediately notified by indicating it in writing on the Courier’s delivery documents. Once the Customer has signed the Courier’s transportation document, the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods.

Estimated delivery dates
The order will be dispatched the next working day following the confirmed availability and charge of the order.

The order will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities. Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) is not responsible for unpredictable delays, notwithstanding that, except for cases of Force Majeure, the Product(s) will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days following the day after the submission to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) of the order by the Customer. Unless other specified by the wait time specified on the order (see also backordered or advanced sale products).

Shipping your products on time is very important to us. For many products, we calculate estimated delivery dates to help you find out when these products are expected to arrive. An estimated delivery date is a calculation of several factors, including product availability, allocation time in our warehouse, the shipping method you select and the final shipping destination.

When we can accurately calculate estimated delivery dates, we'll provide them to you during checkout, as well as in your order confirmation email and order history. Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. due to many factors, estimated delivery dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

Product availability

In-stock products
Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your in-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.

For example, if you order an in-stock item on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities.

Backordered or advanced sale products
Backordered or advanced sale products are products that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A backordered product you order is shipped directly to you once it is in stock. you will be notified of the status of your backordered products via e-mail. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you. Expected shipment time (for example, "advanced sale: buy now for shipping in 4-6 weeks") is indicated on the product detail page.

Please note: expected shipment times appearing on the product detail page specify when a product is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the product will arrive at its final shipping destination. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

In the event that, due to sudden and temporary unavailability of the Products, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) shall be able to delivery the goods, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) shall promptly inform the Customer, and in any way within thirty (45) days via e-mail.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Depending on the products(s) you purchase on www.3gpbags.com and/or www.3gpbags.nl and the location to which the products will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). (Please note, some products may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the products in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day or Express service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CET or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities.

Tracking number

Once the Product(s) have been sent Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will send an e-mail to the Customer. Furthermore, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will send to the Customer a confirmation of the delivery once Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has received from the Courier the notification of the delivery. In order to guarantee the security of the delivery of the Products Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will not provide the Customer with the tracking number, but Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will keep the tracking number of each delivery.

Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed on www.3gpbags.com or www.3gpbags.nl may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on www.3gpbags.com or www.3gpbags.nl will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.

Finding Your Order Status
The status of your order is easy to find.

How is order status different from tracking information?
The status of your order is supplied by www.3gpbags.com or www.3gpbags.nl, and represents what is happening with your order between the time you place it and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx, DHL or UPS or others) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.

Return and cancellations

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within ten (10) days from the date on which you received them from Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories). You will not be able to exchange one item for another instead. Return items must be shipped back to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) within fifteen (15) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through the shipping agent indicated by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), or through another shipping agent, by completing the Return Form available on the web site in the Customer Care area. We will provide you with a return number.

Terms and Conditions of Return

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a. the Return Form is correctly completed and sent to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) within ten (10) days from the date of your receipt thereof;

b. the products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged;

c. the refund tag is still attached to the products with the single-use seal;

d. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (in the case of design objects, bags and jewellery the packaging must include its original seal; if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);

e. the returned products are sent to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) in a single delivery. Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;

f. return items must be shipped back to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) within fifteen (15) days from the date the package was delivered to you.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Shipping costs for the delivery will be charged to you. If the returned products cannot be accepted you will be notified of your failure to fulfil the conditions indicated above. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) reserves the right to retain the products and the sums paid for your purchase of the products.

Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customer. Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will refund the entire cost of the Product(s) that are returned by the Customer not worn, not used and not damaged and accompanied by relevant the invoice.

The refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

The purchased goods may be returned within maximum 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date.

The Products purchased online cannot be refunded nor returned at selling point from Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories).

The delivery costs are not refundable.

All the delivery expenses for the return of the Products shall be borne by the Customer: each and any cost borne by the Customer for the return is not refundable.

Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do conform to the prevision of the above paragraph.

Each delivery contains easy to follow instructions for the return of the products.

Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), undertakes to promptly refund the Customer within (30) thirty days from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the goods.

Once the refund has been completed Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will send a confirmation e-mail.

Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) recommends to use a courier for the return of the product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment.

Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of those Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without any penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the Products, save the previsions of following paragraph.

The Customer may withdraw from the present agreement and shall send a written notification at the following address: customercare@3gpbags.com

the written communication with return receipt shall contain:

the express will of the Customer to avail himself of the right to withdraw from the agreement.

the details of the Products in relation to which the Customer wishes to withdrawal;

the order number issued at the time of the purchase.

The above notification may be sent within the above stated period of 14 (fourteen) working days also via telegram, telex, fax with the only condition that the notification be sent via registered mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

Shall the Customer decide to modify or delete the submitted order; the Customer shall promptly send an e-mail at the following address: customercare@3gpbags.com

Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) will use its best endeavours to satisfy the Customer. Moreover once the product has been sent the order may no longer be modified nor deleted until the Products have been duly returned to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories). To this extent please refer to the prevision of the above paragraph.

Returns to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories)
The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning a product. Please note: Products purchased at a Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) spade retail shop, department store, or specialty store can not be returned to our online store.

Here are the basic steps:

1. Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information.

2. Pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).

3. Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.

4. All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

6. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. 7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse. When shipping a return, you must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing list. be certain to save copies for your records.

8. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of receiving your returned product. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. (You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part).

Refund times and procedures

After Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has received the returned products and checked the conformity of the products with all requirements, you will receive a notice of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Whatever the form of payment used by you (credit/debit card), the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

The time period for refunding the sums you paid for purchasing the products depends on the terms of payment used:

- purchase by credit/debit card for purchasing products, the time period depends on the credit/debit card, but the money is normally refunded after two bank statements have been issued. Please note that the currency exchange rate to be used for refunding the sums paid is the same as the currency exchange rate at the date of debit on your current account; consequently you will not be penalised in terms of bank interest.

In the case of gifts, the refund of the sums paid for purchases will be made to the individual who made the payment.

If the recipient of the products, as placed in the order form, is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums paid shall be refunded by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) to the individual who made the payment.

You will only be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Exchanges

The exchange of an item purchased the Site, involves an easy two step process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) in original condition and that new orders are subject to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility. Customs and Duties
Upon arrival in your Country the contents of your order may likely be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.), which are responsibility of the person(s) receiving the order. These fees are not under Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories)'s control. For this reason we recommend you verify with your local customs office for more information about these fees before you place an order. Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) is unable to estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please contact your local authorities or customs office for detailed information.

Both the item prices as well as the shipping charges you pay to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties.

Should you refuse your order at the time of arrival or should you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. If Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) has been charged for above mentioned amounts (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) we will not issue refunds for the same.

Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. Should you experience such delay please check with your local customs offices; they may send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive weeks after you receive your Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) order.
