Customer Care:
The ownership of products will only be transferred to the Customer once the Customer has fully settled that which is due with regard to any agreement with Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), notwithstanding the actual delivery. This will be deemed to include any payment of interest and costs which may also be related to earlier or later deliveries and any work performed or to be performed with regard to the products.
The Customer may not burden, sell, resell, dispose of or in any other way encumber the products before the ownership has been transferred.Errors and mistakes
Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) uses its best endeavours in order to keep the information on the Site constantly updated.
Moreover it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors on the Site. The Site might carry typos, errors, inaccuracies some of which may refer to the price of the Product, to the product availability and/or to the details of the Products.
Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) reserves the right to amend the errors and inaccuracies also after that the order has been submitted and furthermore reserves the right amend or modify the information on the Site at any time without prior communication.
Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) guarantee the authenticity of all the Products purchased on the Site. The Products marked 3GP and/or Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) are crafted with the best materials and are made by the best craftsmen. All the Products are made in Italy, with the sole exception of the accessories which are made in the Netherlands or in Switzerland.
The original Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) Products are sold on the internet exclusively trough the sites www.3gpbags.com or www.3gpbags.nl. All the intellectual property rights such as, trademarks, service trademarks, marks and copyrights are exclusive property of Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories). No page or other content of the Site may be reproduced without the prior written approval of Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories).
Shall a Product purchased by Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) show a defect, the Customer shall immediately contact the customer care at the following address:

Shall the Customer be unsatisfied and/or for any discrepancy with the order submitted by the Customer, the Customer shall keep all the papers, the Product and its box and contact immediately the company via e-mail at the following address:

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item from www.3gpbags.com or www.3gpbags.nl, immediately return the item to our above mentioned address by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip. Check "Damaged" when indicating the reason for your return and provide comments if necessary. You will receive e-mail notifications when we have processed your return and issued credit.
To order a replacement item, you must place a new order.(please see Exchange) You may do this at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot automatically reorder a new item for you, so this action must be taken on your part. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Intellectual property
The Customer expressly recognises that all rights to intellectual property of the displayed information, announcements or other statements related to products and/or to the Internet site reside with Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories), its suppliers or other entitled parties.
Intellectual property rights are deemed to include patent laws, copyright, trademark rights, rights on drawings, model rights and/or other (intellectual property) rights including sui generis rights on databases and topographic or semiconductor products, or other products as well as patentable and non-patentable technical and/or commercial know-how, methods and concepts.
The Customer may never use the intellectual property rights, which will be deemed to include implementing amendments, as described in this section. This includes reproducing of material, without the express prior written consent of Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) its suppliers or other entitled parties unless this purely involves private use in relation to the product itself.
The Customer also acknowledges that the Customer is only permitted to use the Products for the Customer’s own domestic purposes and that the Customer is not permitted to copy or use the products, for any other purposes including, for example, any business purposes or to copy or disseminate the products to any other persons.
Product Liability
We will use reasonable skill and care in fulfilling any order placed by you which is accepted by us. However, we exclude, all other representations, warranties, conditions and terms express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Notwithstanding the above, our total liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence or on any other basis) to you, for any loss or damage in connection with any Products which we have supplied to you shall be limited to the sums paid or payable for such Products.
We will not be liable to you where we breach these Terms due to any cause that is beyond our reasonable control, including Acts of God, explosions, floods, tempests, fires or accidents; wars or threats of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority; import or export regulations or embargoes; strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes; difficulties in obtaining materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery; power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for personal injury or death.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Product Care
Handbag care
Fabric handbag
Each fabric used in the design of Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) handbags is carefully selected for its colour, texture, durability, and beauty. Please treat with care to extend the life of your bag. We recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction. Evening bags should be treated with extra special care as delicate fabrics should only be cleaned by dry cleaning specialists.
Classic nylon
A damp cloth and mild should work to remove most dirt and stains. Once the dirt has been lifted, be sure to wipe down the entire bag to avoid getting water spots on the fabric.
Leather care
The leather used in the design of Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) handbags is specially chosen from Italian tanneries. Most leathers have been treated and are water and scratch resistant. . If the leather should come into contact with any liquid, do not wipe it. Instead, dab it with a soft cloth to absorb the moisture. For regular cleaning, a damp cloth and mild leather cream may be used.
Avoid contact with water or soap.
Do not rub the leather with anything coarse or abrasive.

Always remove jewellery and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.
Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewellery including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolour or tarnish.
Never expose jewellery or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colours to fade.
To clean your jewellery and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
Pet Jewellery, including leashes and necklaces, are for decorative purposes only. Pet necklaces should not be used as collars.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories) is not required to meet its obligations with regard to the Customer and/or the obligation will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure conditions.
Force majeure will be deemed to mean every circumstance that is not dependent on Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories)’s will, which means that compliance with Giusy Perrotta (3GP bags & accessories)’s obligations towards the Customer is fully or partially hampered. Strikes, fires, business disruptions, energy failures, non-delivery or untimely delivery by suppliers or other third parties called in, and the lack of any permit to be obtained via the authorities, will be deemed to be constitute such circumstances. Force majeure will also be deemed to include disruptions to (telecommunications) network or connections or communication systems used and/or the internet site not being available at any given moment.
Amendments to these Terms
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to comply with law or to meet our changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website or ordering any further Products from us, you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.

Other important terms
If any of these Terms are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the rest of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party unless we agree in writing. We may assign, transfer or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party at our discretion.
Only you and we shall be entitled to enforce these Terms. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these Terms, whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These Terms set out the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties and/or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any delay or failure by us to exercise any right we may have under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver by us of that right. Any waiver must be agreed by us in writing.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of any matter or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The terms and condition for the access to the Site are regulated by the Dutch law and shall be interpreted in pursuance to the Dutch laws. All offers and agreements are subject to Dutch law exclusively.
The Customer accepts the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. For any controversy arising from or in connection to the navigation or the use of the Site the competent court shall be the court of Amsterdam.
The applicability of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
